The PACE Organization is defined in federal statute under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The PACE program must follow the regulations established in this statute. In addition, LIFE PACE is licensed as an Adult Day Health provider by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. PACE is surveyed by both CMS and the Department of Health biannually. Results from surveys are public documents and available upon request.

Survey teams examine compliance with federal and state regulations. In addition they provide feedback intended to improve the quality and responsiveness of the PACE program to its clients and customers.
