About LIFE PACE
LIFE PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a comprehensive, coordinated senior healthcare program that uses a team approach to provide medical, social, nutritional, personal and home care services. LIFE PACE allows individuals in need of skilled care to remain in their homes or community setting while receiving the care they need.
Qualifying participants in the LIFE PACE program are transported to the LIFE PACE/Adult Day Health Center on an as-needed basis to receive healthcare, social services, nutritious meals and to participate in various rehabilitative and recreational activities. Additional services are also available for participants in their homes.
Think of us as one-stop shopping for all the health care needs you or a loved one may have. LIFE PACE provides relief from the stress of caregiving with a program that provides and coordinates all types of care.
