LIFE PACE's Adult Day Health Centers are nationally CARF-accredited adult day providers for demonstrating a commitment to service quality and the satisfaction of persons-served. The Centers offer a variety of enriching programs, ranging from planned trips to recreational programs and activities, special  meals and more. These activities and outings are designed to help LIFE PACE participants learn new activities and do what they enjoy to the best of their abilities, while keeping any activity limitations or barriers in mind. LIFE PACE's Day Centers create a setting that promotes personal well-being and opportunities for friendships to form.

LIFE PACE's Registered Dietitian coordinates nutrition care by recommending appropriate therapeutic diets and nutritional supplements. The dietitians monitor weight, consumption of meals, and adjust menus in the Day Center to meet participants’ individual needs. Nutrition education is provided on an individual basis. LIFE PACE pays close attention to the individual nutritional needs of the participants we serve.

Wheel chair accessible transportation to and from LIFE's Adult Day Health/LIFE PACE Center, the LIFE PACE Alternative Care site and medically-necessary appointments is included for LIFE PACE participants.
